Catering Service

The catering services is run by Paula’s place.
Having roots in carribean cooking since a child.
I have adapted to my own twist and take on various dishes.
I cook for events and privately.

My dishes comprises from Jamaican cuisine, eg jerk chicken rice and peas, various soups,
Escovitch fish, ox tail, brown stew chicken.
And vegetarian dishes

Chick peas curry, pepper prawns, salt fish fritters, season rice and savoury rice.
And based on personal request I can also do English cuisine.

All the dishes are do are fresh and tasty. I believe in quality so I prepare every food with attentiveness and passion. It matters to me what goes into the mouth and stomach.

My prices are reasonable and competitive. We can negotiate the prices when it is big events depending on the number of people.
